The new energy battery liquid cooling plate is the core component of the battery liquid cooling system, with a liquid flow channel inside. Through the circulation of the cooling liquid in the liquid flow channel, the liquid cooling plate can effectively take heat away from the surface of the battery pack, thereby cooling the battery.
In the design of liquid cooling plates for new energy batteries, material selection and structural optimization are crucial. Typically, liquid cooling plates use highly conductive materials such as aluminum or copper to ensure that heat is quickly transferred to the coolant. Furthermore, the design of the fluid channels should consider fluid dynamics principles to achieve optimal cooling performance. By precisely calculating the shape and size of the flow channels, the flow rate of the coolant can be maximized, thereby enhancing heat exchange efficiency. To further improve cooling performance, the surface of the liquid cooling plate can be specially treated, for example, by adding microstructures or coatings, to improve its thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. At the same time, the liquid cooling system also needs to be equipped with an efficient pump and temperature control system to ensure that the coolant is evenly distributed throughout the battery pack, avoiding localized overheating. With the continuous development of battery technology, the design of liquid cooling plates is constantly evolving, moving towards lighter, more efficient, and smarter designs to meet the growing demands of electric vehicles and energy storage systems. Through continuous technological innovation, liquid cooling plates will play an increasingly important role in improving battery performance and extending service life.
